Steve Sia

Steve specializes in residential and income producing property. He has the unique perspective of being a real estate owner and investor in Phoenix. Steve and the BlackHawk team have created a solid referral-based business from past clients and relationships with other professionals. They know Steve provides knowledgeable and comprehensive service contributing to his success and his growing list of satisfied clients.

With his degree in Finance from San Diego State University and 20 years working in Technology servicing the Financial Industry, Steve meets his client's individual needs by providing the highest standard of knowledge, professionalism and integrity in his property management/real estate practice.

Steve assists his clients with a spirited, fresh, and innovative approach in representing the Greater Phoenix Metro area. "My clients are making the most important investment in their lives. I work hard to help them make sound investment decisions and their transaction flow with ease." Steve combines his business experience and rental management experience to create a management process for success mitigating risk and maximizing each clients return on investment. With hands on experience, he knows firsthand the burden and challenges of managing rental income.

Steve has been married for 16 years and has 4 young children. He coaches Youth Basketball, Football and is an active member in his Church. Steve’s favorite pastime is playing golf.

Steve’s experience living throughout the country and traveling worldwide has given him a clear understanding that everyone's needs are different. He's committed to serving his clients at every turn, helping them achieve their personal and financial goals. He displays a subtle strength that continues through to the end of the process. And his contagious personality and sense of humor make the transaction a pleasurable experience.

Kevin Levy

Kevin brings a wealth of experience and skill to the BlackHawk team, which has been acquired during his 27 years as an active Real Estate Broker in both Arizona and California. He has sold over 50 million dollars in real estate. Kevin was awarded the distinguished title of “Top Producer” at Century 21 in Arizona and “Western Regional Manager of the Year” for Goldman Sachs, multifamily division. In addition to the buying/selling of homes, Kevin has managed apartment portfolios of more than 4,000 units. With his wide range of background and skill he offers his clients a distinct advantage.

Kevin has been married for 23 years and has 3 children. He coached youth baseball for 15 years, sat on the Board as Division Supervisor for Pony Baseball for 4 years, worked on the high school booster club for 5 years, and is an active member of his church. Having raised his children here, his community work, and his diversified real estate background, he has extensive knowledge of the area and the various neighborhoods. In Kevin’s spare time he likes to write.
